The location of this place was stunning and conveniently near Lewes Market Tower.

We booked wonderful and new-fashioned room with great amenities, balcony, for instance. Our location was marvellous and stunning in quiet area.

Beautiful location in the residential area, so close to a short drive to the skyline / town for restaurants, the Northern island, and the Lake, Sulphur Point and the Governements Garden. Nearby Symposium - great place to chill out.

We had a wonderful stay at Rotorua Views B&B/Apartment. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. the views of the surrounding hills were simply amazing. the location is perfect—close to Te Puia and all the main attractions, yet in a quiet area. It was also just a 10-15 minute walk to the Castle Chinese Restaurant, which we enjoyed a couple of times.

The rooms are spacious and BEAUTIFUL with a stunning view and the staff are nice.

Decent base for exploring Rotorua. Immaculate rooms, stunningly beautiful hotel. Easy to get to, absolutely perfect and favourable location near to the center and local tourist attractions and stadium, clean, nice apartment, friendly hosts. Also, in a residential area. The rooms with great amenities as well as balcony. A lot of amazing and absolutely fantastic breakfast options.

Rotorua Views B&B/Apartment is a beautiful spot that offers stunning lake views and exceptional hospitality. the queen room features a super comfy bed, along with handy amenities like an electric kettle and climate control. the bathroom is particularly impressive and well-appointed. the location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful residential area, and the breakfast is incredible. It's also conveniently close to local attractions, including the lake, Sulphur Point, and the Government Gardens, as well as Te Puia. A truly delightful stay!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, set in a quiet residential area just a few minutes drive from downtown. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-designed, and we especially liked the lift from the garage, which made bringing in our luggage so much easier. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who gave us great recommendations on local activities to do in this city. And breakfast was a total treat - we enjoyed delicious homemade omelets and eggs benedict.

Great view and spacious room. The hosts were warm and friendly and had some useful travel tips. The breakfast was also quite good and they even had discount vouchers for local attractions.

The location was quite far from the main attractions and required a lot of driving. the bed was not very comfortable and left me with a stiff back the next morning.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location in a residential area was perfect - it was peaceful and quiet, yet just a few minutes drive from downtown. The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the hills, which was absolutely breathtaking. The en-suite bath was a great addition, providing convenience and privacy. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was delicious, with the best coffee in town! The attention to detail and the wonderful views made my stay truly enjoyable.

Everything was perfect!

Our family loved the convenient location, just a short distance from one of the main roads that took us straight to the city centre. The warm and well-furnished room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom provided a perfect relaxation space for us. The helpful and attentive hosts made our stay even better and the delicious breakfast they served us, with a view of a beautiful scenery, was the cherry on top.

Although everything else was great, we wished we could have extended our stay a bit longer.
